Fish Oil / Omega-3 Helps Mood Disorders

Just a free abstract at the link below, but the punchline: more evidence that omega-3 fatty acids / Fish Oil helps mood disorders like depression and bipolar disease. The figure from the study shows how higher levels of Omega-3 (DHA) appeared to correlate with lower incidences of suicide attempts.
