Jet Lag is Bad For Your Brain

Short post today, we just finished a 20 hour road trip helping my mother move out of her house. Bottom line: don't jet lag your brain if you can help it. Chronic jet lag elevates cortisol levels, reduces your accuracy and reaction time on spatial tests, and causes temporal lobe atrophy!
