Proprioception More Powerful Than Sight for Body Imagery

Because this article is so recent, the address below is just to the abstract. Nevertheless, it's still interesting that proprioceptive information was more powerful than sight for making up the imagery map for imagined movement. Proprioception, or the sensory of where the body is in space, is our important starting point before we plan any movement or action. This is why sensory processing dysfunction has such a profound effect on motor activities.
